Assesses the quality of the proposal to establish the International Mining for Development Centre as adequate or above against the following criteria: relevance; effectiveness; efficiency; monitoring and evaluation; sustainability; gender equality; and analysis and learning. Authorises finalisation of the design and progression to implementation by improving the monitoring and evaluation framework and stakeholder engagement strategy.
