Description

AusAID proposes to co-finance the expansion of the North East Local Services Improvement Project (NELSIP) in Sri Lanka. NELSIP will support the reconstruction and development of essential public infrastructure in the conflict-affected Northern and Eastern provinces of Sri Lanka. This program is designed to accelerate economic activity through the delivery of infrastructure needed to improve livelihoods and capacity for better public service delivery at the local level.
