Summary

This is a proposal to AusAID for funding to ISE's State Effectiveness Program. (2010, 10pp)

Description

This proposal argues that rebuilding and strengthening fragile and conflict-affected states is a critical global issue. ISE proposes to codify and make available a set of tools and techniques to lay the basis for a community of practice for state effectiveness and accountability in fragile contexts.
