Description

The document provides a progress report on the projects' outputs and includes description of the core project results for each of the four expected outputs:

1. strengthen public outreach and voter information on the parliamentary elections
2. strengthen technical and operational capacity of national electoral authorities
3. incorporate lessons learned and best practices of the 2011 elections in the subsequent elections processes
4. increase access of women and rural dwellers to their citizenship rights in the 2011 and future elections.
