Summary of publication

The Operations Manual (Version 1 - September 2011) outlines a set of procedures for quality control and provides guidance for efficient and effective management and implementation of the Poverty Reduction Support Facility.

The Facility is supporting the Secretariat of the National Team for Accelerating Poverty Reduction to design and oversee a large scale program of social assistance and poverty reduction; consolidate, simplify and improve the efficiency of existing programs; as well as identify important but troubled social assistance programs and resolve implementation issues.
