Summary of publication

This Inception Report outlines the contextual settings, challenges and priorities for the Poverty Reduction Support Facility in going forward. The Facility is supporting the Secretariat of the National Team for Accelerating Poverty Reduction to design and oversee a large scale program of social assistance and poverty reduction; consolidate, simplify and improve the efficiency of existing programs; as well as identify important but troubled social assistance programs and resolve implementation issues.
