Summary of publication

The second six-monthly progress report for PRIME covers 1 January to 30 June 2012. The report provides an overview of the program's major milestones and initial benefits achieved during the period. Specifically:

1. the status of program strategies
2. implementation efficiency in terms of physical accomplishment and funds utilization
3. documentation of progress towards achieving End-of-Program Outcomes
4. the status of PRIME support to the Basic Education Sector Reform Agenda (BESRA).

This report also documents, analyses and identifies solutions to the major issues affecting program implementation.
