Summary of publication

This document provides a detailed summary of the report and recommendations made by the president of the Asian Development Bank to the board of directors regarding the Nuku'alofa Urban Development Sector Project.

This project will provide high priority urban infrastructure identified in the Nuku'alofa Urban Infrastructure Development Plan and strengthen the policy environment for delivery of urban services. The project will expand on infrastructure development being undertaken in Nuku'alofa through the Nuku'alofa Reconstruction Project and the Integrated Urban Development Sector Project.
