This Independent Completion Report on the Second North Vam Nao Water Control Project (NVNWCP-II) is based on a mission undertaken to the project area in An Giang Province from September 4th to 8th 2007.The specific objectives of the ICR as given in the Terms of Reference were two-fold. Firstly, to report on the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability of the NVNWCP-II. Secondly, to make recommendations on viable options for enhancing the sustainability of the project outcomes.
