Summary of publication
This report contains the findings and recommendations of an independent evaluation study conducted by a team of consultants. The mid-term review is undertaken as part of standard program requirements of UNDP and Australia to determine, half way through the project, how it has progressed. The mid-term review also identified future courses of action for this program.
