Description

This document is an independent review of the Northeast India HIVAIDS Initiative supported by AusAID through UNAIDS. Out of the two primary objectives for the program–which are establishment of NERO and technical support for four states–the first is achieved and the second objective is partially fulfilled. The review contains detailed recommendations.
