Description

The 1993 MoU between the Governments of Australia and Vietnam outlines the agreement for a development cooperation program between the two countries. The MoU outlines the components of the development cooperation program and the responsibilities of each Government in the implementation of the program. The MoU was amended in 2001 to update the clause regarding disposal of project assets.
