Description

This Quality at Entry report of 2009 reviews AusAID's proposed support to the Mekong Climate Change Adaptation Initiative.

It rates the proposed initiative as being of adequate quality and acknowledges improvements made as a result of the independent appraisal. It identifies the need to further develop the output level indicators of the monitoring and evaluation framework during the implementation of the project. It also prioritises the formulation of an engagement strategy to ensure the wider dissemination of climate change and adaptation products.

Actions identified during the QAE process are detailed to indicate feedback was incorporated in the design.
