Summary of publication

This report sets out the objectives of the Laos–Australia NGO Cooperation Agreements program–to reduce the vulnerability of the poor by reducing the impact of disasters and unexploded ordnance. It develops an analytical framework to inform AusAID and non–government organisation thinking concerning specific possible interventions.
