The Program Support Document describes the strategies of AusAID, Danida and DFIS in supporting the Government of Vietnam's Rural Water Supply and Sanitation National Target Program Phase 3 (NTP3). The document highlights the use of existing Government of Vietnam structures–budgeting, planning, reporting, supervision, and audit–that govern the program. It also describes how non-budget support will be utilised to strengthen the institutional and management systems via technical support. The document sets out tentative budget breakdown from the donors' financial commitments to NTP3.
