Summary of publication
This interim Annual Plan and Budget covers the activities of the Facility from mobilisation from October 2010 to 30 June 2011. The Plan and Budget was approved in January 2011. It provides an overview of the activities that have been conducted by the Facility since it started and it proposes activities for implementation up until October 2011.
