Description

The Quality at Entry (QAE) report reviews the design of AusAID's contribution to the Mekong River Commission Integrated Capacity Building Program.

It rates the proposed initiative as being of adequate quality and identifies areas for improvement in the need for an MRC Council Resolution prior to disbursing funds.

It also highlights the important role of the MRC CEO to ensure adequate collaboration between programs. Actions identified during the QAE process are detailed to indicate feedback was incorporated in the design.
