This is the financial manual of operations for the Indonesia Infrastructure Initiative. The Initiative aims to reduce policy, regulatory, capacity and financing constraints on infrastructure investment at national and sub-national levels. This manual sets out financial management procedures for the Initative and the operational guidelines for Imprest Account management.
