Summary of publication

KOMAPK a governance facility aligned to the Government of Indonesia's (GoI) two key poverty reduction objectives – improved access to and quality of frontline services, and increased income for Indonesia's poorest and most vulnerable people. KOMPAK supports GoI in its efforts to achieve these objectives, by improving village governance, strengthening sub-national transfers and spending, and enabling local governments to deliver services and economic opportunities more effectively.

This document outlines the process that has been adopted by KOMPAK to identify, analyse, and evaluate risks and safeguards during the program.
