Indonesia Applied Research and Innovation Systems in Agriculture (ARISA): Design Document
Summary of publication
Under DFAT's Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Rural Economic Development (AIP-Rural), the Applied Research and Innovation Systems in Agriculture (ARISA) program is a 4 year partnership between Indonesia's Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology and CSIRO to disseminate applied and adaptive research in agriculture. It aims to increase the incomes of 10,000 small farmers in Eastern Indonesia. The program focuses on strengthening linkages between research institutions and the private sector to unlock the potential of existing innovations for the commercial benefit of farmers.
