This management response to the independent completion report of Kang Guru Indonesia (KGI) found that overall, the report is comprehensive and provides practical recommendations and lessons to inform and guide future programming. The management response concludes that KGI should remain under the management and guidance of AusAID. The response confirms that the KGI program remains a relevant, effective program and identifies some important lessons and recommendations if an extension is agreed beyond 31 December 2011.
