Description

The Quality at Entry (QAE) report reviews the design of AusAID's contribution to the MRC Integrated Capacity Building Program.

It rates the proposed initiative as being of adequate quality and identifies areas for improvement in the specification of program objectives and requirements for monitoring and evaluation. It also highlights the need for a realistic timeframe in effecting changes in water resource management.
Actions identified during the QAE process are detailed to indicate feedback was incorporated in the design.
