Description

This Quality at Entry report reviews AusAID's proposed support to the Challenge Program on Water and Food - Phase II.

It rates the proposed initiative as being of good quality and identifies the need for an engagement plan for donors in the Cambodian water resource sector that are not parties to the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness. It also highlights the need to involve local NGOs. The need for an actionable risk management plan was also noted.

Actions identified during the QAE process are detailed to indicate feedback was incorporated in the design.
