This internal reference document provides information on working in fragile and conflict affected states to support DFAT staff working in these contexts.
The Framework addresses how Australia can work with a range of partners to address the sources and impacts of fragility and conflict. It stresses that sustainable transitions must be driven by the countries themselves and that well-targeted development assistance must be based on rigorous analysis and understanding of the specific challenges.
