An exchange of letters which amends the Subsidiary Arrangement between the Government of Australia and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia Relating to the Australian Community Development and Civil Society Strengthening Scheme (ACCESS) Phase II. This amendment was necessary to accommodate an increase in total program funds following requests from the Government of Indonesia for the program to cover four additional districts.
