Summary of publication

A joint review mission was conducted between March 11 to 15, 2013. This Aide Memoire reports on the mission's findings on the progress for the Samoa Education Sector Program Phase II. It includes:

• a review of implementation progress since commencement
• key achievements in curriculum and assessment, developing effective teachers, infrastructure activities, strengthening capacities in research, evaluation, policy analysis and planning
• information on financial management and procurement
• summary recommendations for the next period.
