Summary of publication
This document is an operational guide used to assist the department to redesign and implement Australia's water and sanitation program in East Timor in 2012. The strategy describes how the department will support and promote change towards achieving priority outcomes in the sector. The document includes an overview of issues in the sector, government and other donor work, Australia's role and how Australia intents to deliver its support.
