Summary of publication
The concept note describes how an additional $12 million made available through the water and sanitation initiative will be used to further strengthen the existing East Timor Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Program (RWSSP). The concept note outlines the four objectives of the WSI funding, implementation through RWSSP, next steps and risks.
