Summary of publication
This document outlines the overall approach of support to the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation (RWSS) sector in East Timor as agreed by the Government of East Timor and the Government of Australia. It details a rolling design process, utilising a variety of modes of assistance within four phases over a 10-year period. It includes the governance and management arrangements for the first five years of the program.
