Summary of publication

This document outlines the implementation strategy and work plan for the PSCDP program for the period July 2011 to February 2012. It notes that throughout this period, the program will focus on supporting four key central agencies–Office of the Prime Minister; the Civil Service Commission and Secretariat; the Ministry of State Administration and Territorial Management and the Ministry of Finance. It also outlines that support will be directed to the implementation of the regulatory framework for the public sector across a number of selected Ministries, in particular HR management and development, and refers to specifc activities underpinning this support.
