Summary of publication

This document is the fifth annual implementation plan prepared by the Managing Contractor GRM. It assesses key achievements during 2009–10, discusses implementation issues and recommends strategies for future programming –including focusing on five key central agencies. The plan also outlines a work plan for the future year (2010–11) and provides a summary of financial expenditure to date as well as a detailed budget of expected expenditure.
