Summary of publication

This document is the fourth annual implementation plan prepared by the Managing Contractor GRM. It assesses key achievements during 2008–09, discusses implementation issues and recommends strategies for future programming. The plan also outlines a work plan for the future year (2009–10) and provides a summary of financial expenditure to date as well as a detailed budget of expected expenditure.
