Summary of publication

This document is the third annual implementation plan prepared by the Managing Contractor GRM. It provides assessment of key achievements during 2007–08, discusses implementation issues and recommends strategies for future programming. The plan also outlines a work plan for the future year (2008–09) and provides a summary of financial expenditure to date as well as a detailed budget of expected expenditure.
