Summary of publication
This review, by the World Bank and the Australian government, assesses progress made against the goals of the PFMCBP Program (2006 to 2012). It outlines key achievements and challenges and provides practical recommendations for the remainder of the program. The review reports good progress against the objectives and recommends that donors provide ongoing support to East Timor's Ministry of Finance at the conclusion of the program in 2012.
