Summary of publication

This document, prepared by managing contractor GRM, is an annual work plan for the East Timor Justice Sector Support Facility covering the period of 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2010 (year three of the Facility). It was prepared by managing contractor GRM. The plan describes the Facility's progress to date, changed circumstances, and an implementation strategy, work program and budget for Year Three of the activity.
