Summary of publication
This Design Document describes the context and implementation arrangements for the Interim Program and Pilot Phase of Governance for Development (2012–2013). The objectives of the Program are to deliver a high quality design for the new Governance for Development Program, to position DFAT as a partner who engages in genuine policy dialogue with the Government of East Timor and other stakeholders, and to maintain momentum and consolidate activities from DFAT's existing programs. It will be directly implemented by DFAT with the support of a contractor.
