Summary of publication
This study looks into process of local public policy formulation and implementation in the context of ten years of regional autonomy in Indonesia. It looks at the degree to which local public policies are evidence-based, what are the demands and supply of regional governments' need for improved sources of policy knowledge and the incentives and disincentives for greater use of knowledge by policy makers.
