Description

Deed of Amendment No. 3 extends the end of services by one year to 30 June 2012.

It also:

• increases the value of the agreement by AUD3,000,000
• adds new deliverables and tranche payment dates for year four
• amends the role of the Program Coordination Committee and Technical Advisory Group in year four.
