This document reports on the Cooperative Orthotic and Prosthetic Enterprise's activities under each program objective from April–December 2011. Progress has included capacity building and training for staff in five rehabilitation centres, financial support to the expenses of rehabilitation patients, upgrading of facilities and outreach to other agencies working in Laos.
