This report summarises the aid program's progress in 2011 in the Caribbean. It is the second development cooperation report for the program.

The program's objective is that Australia is perceived as a valued development partner that supports Caribbean countries to reduce their vulnerability to climate change, natural disasters and economic challenges. The report covers program objectives and strategy, progress against objectives, program quality and management consequences.
