This document is the Criminal Justice Advisory Group Project 2 Report.

The Cambodia Criminal Justice Assistance Project Phase 3 (CCJAP 3) began preparatory activities on 5 February 2007 and commenced full implementation on 1 July 2007. Phase 3 was completed in January 2012.

The project takes an integrated approach to the criminal justice system and works with both the Ministry of Interior (MOI) and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) as well as the Project Management Unit (PMU) which supports the Council for Legal and Judicial Reform. Integration in Phase 3 is underpinned by a focus on juveniles and other vulnerable groups in the system.

This report documents overall findings, key issues and description of project performance as a result of this process.
