This is the annual workplan for the year 2011 for the Cambodia Criminal Justice Assistance Project 3.
The Cambodia Criminal Justice Assistance Project (CCJAP) is an DFAT-funded project designed to strengthen the criminal justice system in Cambodia. The first two phases ran from 1997 to 2007. The current phase (CCJAPIII) of assistance runs over five years from February 2007 to January 2012. However, completion is due September 30, 2012 after DFAT granted an eight-month project extension.
This fifth Annual Performance Report (APR) addresses the project's own monitoring and assessment of progress towards objectives between 1 January 2011 and 31 December 2011.
The report was prepared with data input from project advisers and key counterparts at national and provincial levels based on the agreed performance indicators of the 2011 Annual Plan Logical Framework (Annex A). The CCJAPIII team independently undertook this analysis.
The layout of this report is modified slightly from last year's report and is structured as follows:
- Executive Summary–Summarise the project progress by component including capital works
- Introduction–Provide project background, purpose and goal
- Efficiency and Effectiveness–Report on project progress of each component against its performance indicators at output and objective levels, the sustainability potential of the result achieved, the challenges and the rating of the project performance using QAI scale. This section also reports on the cross-cutting progress and issues such as HIV AIDS, gender, juvenile justice, anti-corruption, and disabilities
