This report has been prepared as a progress monitoring report of Phase 1 of the BOWSER Project. The report was prepared in conjunction with a mission to assist in the update and re-design of the joint German and Australia Urban Water Supply and Sanitation program for which the mission activities were focused on the City of Bulawayo.
