Description
This document is an independent appraisal of the proposed program and modalities against standard AusAID and DAC quality criteria. It includes a description of the PNG Education Program initiative, the approach to provision of support for basic and secondary education, and commentary on objectives, relevance, effectiveness and efficiency. The assessment provided positive ratings across the range of criteria.
