This is an Independent Progress Report and AusAID management response for the Australian Community Development and Civil Society Strengthening Scheme (ACCESS) Phase II.

Description

These are two documents, the Australian Community Development and Civil Society Strengthening Scheme (ACCESS) Phase II Independent Progress Report (March 2010) and the AusAID management response.

The independent reviewers found that program implementation was in accord with the design and AusAID's country strategy.

The report made a number of recommendations and identified useful lessons. AusAID management agreed all the recommendations of the independent reviewers, including expansion into additional districts.
