Summary of publication

This document is the fourth annual implementation strategy (for the period July 2009–June 2010) prepared by the Royal Australian College of Surgeons who deliver the ATLASS program. The work plan provides a detailed description of the project's four components; it provides a strategy for how they will be implemented and states expected outputs during the timeframe. The document also describes how risks will be managed.
