Summary of publication

This document is the third annual implementation strategy (for the period July 2008–June 2009) prepared by the Royal Australian College of Surgeons who deliver the ATLASS program. The work plan outlines the objectives of the project's four components; it provides a strategy for how they will be implemented and states planned outputs during the timeframe. The document also describes how risks will be managed.
