Summary of publication

This document is the second annual implementation strategy (for the period July 2007–June 2008) prepared by the Royal Australian College of Surgeons who deliver the ATLASS program. The plan outlines the objectives of the project's four components; it provides a strategy for how they will be implemented and states planned outputs during the timeframe. The document also includes alterations and updates from the previous inception report to reflect the risk analysis for this program year.
