Summary of publication

This document is the first annual implementation strategy (for the period October 2006 – June 2007) prepared by the Royal Australian College of Surgeons who deliver the ATLASS program. The document outlines the goals and objectives of the project's four components, provides a strategy for how they will be implemented and states planned outputs for the first year of the program. It also outlines monitoring, evaluation and reporting arrangements as well as reviewing progress from the inception phase.
