Summary of publication

This Subsidiary Arrangement contains the understandings, intentions, responsibilities and contributions of the Government of the Philippines and the Government of Australia in relation to the Muslim and Indigenous Peoples' Education Program (MIPEP). The program is referred to in this document as MIPEP but has subsequently been renamed by the Department of Education as 'PRIME'–the Philippines Response to Indigenous and Muslim Education. The Program's goal is to improve access to a quality basic education for disadvantaged Indigenous Peoples and Muslim communities.
